This Agreement governs your use of the coc4d platform. Please read every clause carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By accessing coc4d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and coc4d. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not access or use the coc4d platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

The coc4d Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have attained or exceeded the age of 21. coc4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to close any Account found to belong to a person under 21, with all funds forfeited in accordance with clause 11.2.
21+ Only. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to use a gambling platform while under the legal age of majority. If you are under 21, you must not register for or use the coc4d platform under any circumstances.
coc4d primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia (or another jurisdiction in which online gaming is legally permitted) and that your participation in any games, bets, or lottery products on coc4d does not violate any law applicable to you in your country or territory of residence. coc4d does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
Each individual may hold only one (1) coc4d Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts. Any Balance held in such Accounts may be confiscated pending investigation.
You must use your coc4d Account solely for your own personal entertainment. You may not use the Platform on behalf of another person, accept bets or wagers from third parties through your Account, or operate your Account as part of any commercial gambling scheme.
To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile telephone number, email address, and preferred payment method. You must keep this information current throughout your membership.
coc4d is obligated to verify the identity of all Members. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation — such as a Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), SIM, or passport — and proof of ownership of the payment method(s) linked to your Account. coc4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of being prompted may be suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. coc4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify coc4d immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 will be deducted from any remaining Balance to cover account maintenance costs until the Balance reaches zero or until the Member reactivates the Account by logging in and completing a deposit. coc4d will make reasonable efforts to notify the Member via their registered email address before dormancy fees commence.
coc4d accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA Transfer, BRI Transfer, BNI Transfer, Mandiri Transfer, CIMB Niaga Transfer, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. coc4d does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are your sole responsibility.
E-wallet deposits (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your coc4d Balance in real time or within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5–30 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Transfers made outside these hours or during Indonesian public holidays may take up to two (2) hours to be credited. If a deposit has not been credited within three (3) hours, contact coc4d support with your transfer receipt.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your name and matches the name on your coc4d KYC documents. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single-transaction withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits are set by coc4d at its discretion and may vary based on your account tier and verification status. Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within 15–60 minutes for verified Members.
coc4d reserves the right to temporarily withhold a withdrawal pending completion of an enhanced due diligence review if the transaction triggers an internal risk-management threshold or if the Member has not completed full KYC verification. Any withdrawal that cannot be processed due to incorrect banking details provided by the Member will be returned to the Member's Account Balance, and the Member will be required to resubmit the withdrawal request with corrected details.
Deposits to coc4d must be made from payment instruments that you own and that represent legitimate personal funds. The use of the coc4d Platform for money laundering, structuring of financial transactions to evade reporting obligations, or any other purpose connected with the proceeds of unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. coc4d reserves the right to freeze Accounts and withhold Balances pending investigation without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of financial crime.
Promotional offers published on the coc4d Platform are available to eligible Members subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address. coc4d reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds (for sports betting), and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated in that promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
The following practices constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; placing hedging bets across multiple Accounts or in combination with another platform to guarantee a risk-free outcome; using automated tools or bots to complete wagering requirements. coc4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
coc4d runs seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion and are not governed by the general bonus terms above unless explicitly cross-referenced.
All bets placed through the coc4d Platform are final and irrevocable once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of your bet — including selection, stake amount, and applicable odds or game parameters — before confirming. coc4d will not accept claims for cancellation of a bet on the basis that the Member misread the game interface.
Sportsbook bets are governed by the coc4d Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Key points include: all listed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed; mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a return to be paid; live in-play betting odds are updated in real time and may be suspended during key match moments; the settlement of contested results follows the official outcome published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton).
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are taken from officially published draw results for the Hongkong, Singapore, and Sydney pools. Any dispute regarding a draw result must be lodged with coc4d support within 24 hours of the draw time. Results published more than 24 hours after the draw are not subject to dispute. Winnings are credited to your Balance automatically following draw settlement.
All live casino games on the coc4d Platform are operated by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live) whose game rules govern disputes relating to game outcomes. coc4d is the intermediary platform and will facilitate dispute escalation to the relevant studio operator where a technical malfunction is alleged. Bets that are in progress at the time of a verified network or system failure may be voided and the stake returned to the Member's Balance at coc4d's discretion.
Members must not engage in any of the following activities in connection with the coc4d Platform:
coc4d reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this clause and to take appropriate action including account suspension, Balance confiscation, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the coc4d Platform — including but not limited to the coc4d brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, text, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of coc4d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of coc4d.
coc4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the coc4d Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy and forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to coc4d's legal obligations (including KYC record retention requirements).
coc4d does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond coc4d's reasonable control. coc4d will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows where practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, coc4d excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, and loss of goodwill. coc4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
coc4d hosts games and content provided by third-party studios and software providers. coc4d is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party content, and any dispute relating to a game outcome must be directed to the relevant game provider through coc4d's support channel as an intermediary.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting coc4d support via live chat or email. Before an Account is closed, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and any remaining real-money Balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to coc4d's standard withdrawal verification procedures.
coc4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, and to confiscate all or part of the Balance therein, if:
coc4d is an internationally licensed gaming platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which coc4d holds its primary operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and coc4d, you agree to first attempt resolution through coc4d's internal complaints procedure by submitting a formal complaint via the support email address. coc4d will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property.
This Agreement is drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
